Can't sleep, the clowns will eat me

I have a friend who once suffered from extreme Insomnia, and that was her catch phrase.
No, I don't have Insomnia.. Just up at 1 in the morning blogging when I should be in bed. Honestly, I think I am too tired to get up out of the computer chair. Oh well, never claimed to be sane *sigh*

Something Me and Lil bit like: Baby Days By Barbara Rowley
It is a book that has activities and ideas for parents to do with children under the age of three.
Some things we have tried: I have made her a theme meal (all green: Kiwi, avocados, Broccoli, and green pieces of cereal), I made her a tent out of two chairs and a blanket, made her a "sand box" out of a laundry basket and oatmeal.
I think this book is good for getting out of the day to day rut of parenting, and really enjoying your child, and showing him or her how to enjoy the world around them.

Was running late for a dinner date that we made with another couple, and instead of fretting over being late, and are we going to the right place anyways, I took out my knitting, and knit while hubby drove. It relaxed me, and kept me from obsessing. Do you know, that this is the first time in a LONG time that I knitted because I wanted to. Somehow I have gotten to the point that I feel obligated to knit.. Either because someone needs a project, or I have to prove something somehow. Question is, how do I get back to knitting like a mad woman because I WANT TO. Interesting that I have no problems wanting to want to knit.
